Oxfam

Oxfam is The Best, Because people that they do not know will give you Gifts for free and even the people that had to give up school just to find some water, so they and their family can drink, this Charity is good because they give to poor they even give them some recipe books but my favourite 2 part about this Charity is that you can send them helpful letter you can also send gifts just to make your gifts more appreciated seconds  is that they get it for free and it really helps them.

  1. Hey SefoPalu,
It is great to see you blogging. Please make sure to re-read your writing before you blog it because you don't make sense in some sentences and use Punctuations such as Commas and Full Stops!
    Keep it up!

  2. Malo e lelei Sefopalu,
Your charity is great! Just like the charity I chose(Auckland City Mission) they help those in need.

But you should've included why you chose this charity and also you should always check your writing before you post it.

But besides that your doing a great job! Keep it up.

    Good night!

  3. Hi Sefopalu.
    It's Lukas.
That's great work! Like Christopher said maybe include more detail why you chose it and why you think it's the best

Also recheck your writing cause some of it doesn't make sence.
I also like how you included info from your own words instead of copy & pasting.

    GREAT WORK!
    👍👍👍

    Kind Regards

    Lukas

  4. Hi Sefopalu, this is Mrs Collins from Manaiakalani and I'll be commenting on blogs over term break. Well done on posting and participating in the SLJ this year. Why did you pick the OXFAM? Do you have an OXFAM charity shop near you at home? Keep blogging, and commenting on others, to increase your chance of winning one of the awesome prizes and to keep your learning up over the school break!

  5. Kia Ora Sefopalu,

I’m Dani, one of the blog commenters for the Kaikohekohe cluster for the Summer Learning Journey. I have heard some great things about the learners in the Manaiakalani cluster so I thought I would jump on and check out some blog posts.

Well done for creating a great DLO that explains what Oxfam does. Oxfam helps end poverty and inequality. Did you know that 1 in 5 people live without safe water to drink? We are so lucky here in New Zealand to be able to access safe and clean water.

I actually know about the gifting on behalf donations you can do. One of my close friends decided to donate goats and chickens as presents for her friends and family this year instead of buying them more things. I think it’s an awesome idea! Did you know that Oxfam also sells products made by people in the communities that they help?

    Keep up the awesome blogging!

    Blog ya later,

    Dani
